Partnering With Your Practice

Dr. Thomas Inman and the Valley OMS team welcome referrals for wisdom teeth, dental implants, bone grafting, oral pathology, reconstructive jaw surgery, facial trauma, and related oral and maxillofacial procedures, and keep referring offices informed at every step.

1. Referral Received — Your office sends patient information and radiographs (emailed to info@valley-oms.com or given to the patient to bring).
2. Consultation & Treatment Planning — We evaluate the patient, discuss findings and a treatment plan, and share our recommendations with your office.
3. Ongoing Communication — We send follow-up notes after the consultation and after treatment so you stay informed of your patient's care and recovery.

Patients should bring their insurance information to their appointment, and any x-rays provided by the referring office.
