Dr. Thomas Inman Jr. grew up in Carlisle, Arkansas—just 30 minutes outside of Little Rock. After graduating as valedictorian from Carlisle High School, he attended the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology. During his time at the U of A, Dr. Inman worked as both a university and private tutor in chemistry, organic chemistry, biochemistry, and physiology for pre-medical and pre-dental students.
He graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2016 with a 4.0 GPA, successfully defending his Honors College research thesis. Following this, he scored in the 99.9th percentile on the Dental Admission Test and went on to attend the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry, continuing a proud family legacy as a third-generation graduate—following in the footsteps of his grandfather, father, and uncle.
While in dental school, Dr. Inman developed a passion for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, drawn to the specialty’s unique blend of medicine and dentistry. Graduating at the top of his class in 2020, he matched into the University of Cincinnati Medical Center Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Program. During his training, Dr. Inman completed extensive rotations in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Anesthesia, General Surgery, Surgical Intensive Care, Plastic Surgery, and Head and Neck Surgery. His surgical training spanned world-class institutions including the UC Medical Center, Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center (ranked #1 nationally), the Cincinnati Veterans Affairs Medical Center, and Jain Hospital in Bangalore, India. In his final year of residency Dr. Inman served as Chief Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Resident. After residency, Dr.Inman is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. This is the highest level of certification an oral and maxillofacial surgeon can achieve.
Outside of surgery, Dr. Inman enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Morgan, and their son, Brooks-whether fishing, exploring, or simply enjoying the natural beauty of Arkansas.
